When you are ready to place your order, send us a request on our CONTACT US page and you will then receive a request to complete a detailed questionnaire. Once completed, one of our event specialists will check availability, go over pricing and delivery instructions, and answer any questions or concerns you may have at that time. Reservations require a 50% deposit, and the understanding of our rental contract.

Upon reserving we will ask for a 50% deposit. We accept credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is due in full prior to delivery. See Contract for additional details.

• Delivery is based upon Location

• Delivery is curbside unless noted otherwise on invoice/estimate. Set up fee is separate line item.

• Timeframe of Delivery

• Set-up and tear down of tables and chairs is available for an additional fee.

• If you only require one or the other (set-up or tear-down), the fee is split in half.

• These arrangements must be made prior to delivery on a case by case basis if time and labor permits. A site plan/drawing must be provided and it is highly encouraged a representative from the event be on site for set-up. Set-up of items other than tables and chairs is not available.

The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.

Any reservation cancelled 90 days or more before the contracted event date will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the rental fees for the item or service that is being cancelled. If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the contracted event date, the client will forfeit all fees paid to Lush Couture Events
